Former Manchester United defender Paul Parker has called on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to recruit more experienced coaches in order to overthrow his tenure at Old Trafford.

Solskjaer currently has Mike Phelan, a former assistant to Sir Alex Ferguson, as number 2 at United, but also has young coaches in his ranks such as Michael Carrick and Kieran McKenna.

Parker believes a more experienced hand play would help the United side, as well as Solskjaer himself, after a difficult start to the Premier League season.

“He needs someone next to him who can help him improve this team. Ole needs to be stronger but he needs someone experienced, with more stature, in this locker room working as an assistant, ” Parker said. PariFred.
